The concept is simple - farm to table, attention to detail and culinary story telling in an elegant yet rustic former historic shearing shed. These evenings are both a journey through the history of the station as well as the ethos behind the ingredients on show. With a head chef and pastry chef among the Bullara team, everything at these dining experiences is prepared from scratch with passion and a signature flair that's so very 'Bullara' and reflects the pristine nature of Australia’s Coral Coast.

Facilities:  This is an authentic, yet comfortable, stay on a cattle station. There are country-chic amenities with open air (yet private) showers, communal firepit and happy hour, walking trails, 4WD track and fishing, stargazing, station animals, history, mouth-watering station beef for purchase, and oodles of tasty experiences in this non-powered red dirt oasis.
